Still unsure....good....but just a little thing not right...

So going by the title you will be able to tell the my view on this product!!
I was in need of some new everyday foundation that I can apply quickly, wear to work and was cheap enough that I didnt care that I was using it everyday. I spent an annoying amount of time wandering around the makeup counters and aisles around Boots when I finally decided on the Collection 2000 Perfect Finish foundation.

Tada!!!
Its an airwhipped foundation which promises an 'even coverage'. It also claims to be SPF 20 which I am very impressed with as I am always concerned with skin damage by the sun so for it to be included within my foundation is very reassuring for me!
So after the first application I was impressed with its even coverage and how well it smoothed out my skin and added an even colour to my blotchy face!! But once I stopped looking at myself in the mirror I compared how it felt on my skin to other foundations I have had and this is where this one let itself down. You definetly feel this on your face. It feels thick on your face and also feels like your skin cant breathe. This upset me after such a great start! After around 10 minutes it doesnt feel as wet or sticky anymore (im hoping this isn't because it has completely soaked into my skin and clogged my pores) and i decided I was liking it again!!

I find myself using it everyday I need to due to its great even coverage and its even better price at only £4.99 and is available here at Boots

Fab Everyday Mascara.....

So I hit the shops the other day in search for an everyday mascara which I can wear to work without feeling the guilt of wasting my good expensive MAC Zoom Lash mascara.
So it took me a while wandering around the beauty aisle in Boots but I eventually decided on the Collection 2000 XXL Volume Sensation Mascara in Ultra Black.

I had previously purchased the original Volume Sensation mascara a while ago and used it now and again just as an everyday mascara before I discovered bigger and better mascaras. The difference between the original mascara and the XXL version is amazing as the XXL lengthens lashes so much more and I even find that the liquid itself is better than the original which I found thick and dried up quite quick.

Here is the differences between the two applicators below.

XXL with lovely long bristles :)

Original with little stumpy bristles :(

I have looked on the Boots website and cant seem to find it butI did purchase it in the shop so it shoulod be available here at £4.99 which I think is so reasonable for the product that you get. A defo keeper! :)
